Organization must create an work environment that encourages employees about their work. If the company wants high levels of involvement, motivation, trust ,commitment and empowerment should invest their efforts in improving employee communication. Indeed this is very important to enhance the level of employee engagement to the organization.
When we improve employee engagement, performance will improve gradually and then increase own values.
HR teams should take proper steps to make sure better employee engagement and effective communication in the organization and they need to be focused some key drivers to enhance employee engagement.

- Effective & Strategical business plan and properly communicate every member of the team.

The communication gap in the workplace is the misinterpretation of information or the complete lack of communication within the company. Such a phenomenon can occur between employers and employees or between employees of different ranks. according to my experience communication gaps are created by employees' fear for higher rank, misunderstanding of colleagues, wrong attitude and wrong body language, Inappropriate timing, etc... To prevent issues generate from communication gaps can solve using hr concepts. for that, we should do recognize the problem, implement the solution and follow up.

Effective communication in the workplace is key to establishing strong relationships and getting important projects done. According to a Watson Wyatt study, companies that communicate the most effectively are 50% more likely to report low turnover levels compared with the industry average. And Of course, everyone struggles with communication from time to time, which can lead to misunderstandings and frustrations. Therefore, HR should implement a strategic process to communicate in order to improve employee engagement.

The HR manager and HR department need to highly engage in implementing better communication channels inside the organization to overcome the lack of engagement among employees.
Proper employer to employee communication and vice versa is a much needed component that every organization should posses. But most instances there is a hierarchy or protocol to follow specially in employee aspect. Even though we have different platforms like telephones, emails conferences or grievance handling I believe this should be further in line with practical scenarios of the industry.
